Phrasee’s customers can benefit from ease of access to the full breadth of the Phrasee platform within Salesforce, driving significant performance uplift with minimal operational effort.
To begin, you need to create:
A SFMC user-initiated email with all the required settings.
A Phrasee experiment completed up to accepting the language (Steps 1 to 4).
After creating the above, open the Phrasee experiment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud via the AppExchange Phrasee App and complete:
Step 5. SFMC Scheduling
Select the user-initiated email using the folders and selection list box.
Enter a Send date and time you would like the split test to be sent.
Enter a Final send wait time in hours.
Click on the Schedule Experiment button.
Once the experiment has been successfully scheduled, you will receive an email notification.
