The email created by Phrasee for the split test will be saved in the top-level tracking folder in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This is because there is no way via the Salesforce API to apply this setting.

If you have selected a suppression list while creating your user-initiated email, this will not be applied to the split test send, as this setting is not available in the Salesforce API.
