Initial setup:
Request access to the Phrasee integration from the Movable Ink exchange. The solution can be found here: https://exchange.movableink.com/solution/phrasee
Your Movable Ink Customer Experience team will ensure the integration is setup and configured correctly
Speak to your Customer Success Manager about getting Phrasee Connect API access enabled on your account
Setting up a campaign:
Generate and approve your language variants in Phrasee
On the Phrasee summary view, click on the orange button to view options for the integration
Copy the experiment ID and API key provided
Set an expected start and end time for the experiment โ this is the window of time that Phrasee should consider as live data
Data sent outside this window is considered to be test data and ignored - if you end up with test data stored, you can also clear this using the "Clear test data" button
Create a new campaign in Movable Ink and add a Phrasee content block
Paste in your Phrasee experiment ID and the API access token that you copied above
Change the variant number to pull back each variant from Phrasee as you build your images
Use preview to check how the text being returned is displayed - if you need to style each line differently use these instructions
Select the Movable Ink optimization mode you plan to run the campaign in
Ensure you set a click-through URL to track clicks for the optimization
To retain these settings, duplicate the content block to build the rest of your images
Send the campaign! Phrasee will retrieve the results in real-time.
Other things to note:
If you build your images outside of Movable Ink, you can still use the integration:
Setup using the same instructions
Upload your pre-built images as the background to the Phrasee content block
Delete the text layer
Remember to update the variant selected in the dropdown for each image so that results are matched correctly in Phrasee
The Phrasee content block will always display 10 variants to select in the dropdown, you should only select the number that you approved when generating copy in Phrasee.
