Before we get this boat in the water, we'll need to make sure we've got your coordinates charted. Translation...

We'll need you to send us your unique Sailthru API Key and Secret from your instance. 🔑 🤫

Thankfully, you don't need to cross an ocean to find it. You can locate these two key (and secret) pieces of information under Settings > Setup > API & Postbacks as shown below.

Click the lock next to API Key and Secret to dig up the buried treasure.

Copy those two strings into a plain text document and reach out to your Phrasee Customer Success Manager (or Phirst Mate, if you will). They can provide you with a secure location to share those credentials with us.

Please don't email your credentials. We wouldn't want any pirates intercepting your chartered voyage before you even leave port.
