Setting up the Phrasee integration on your Salesforce Marketing Cloud account

  1. Read the How it works article. Note: You must be logged into Phrasee to view this article.

  2. Get the AppExchange installation link for the Phrasee Web App from your Customer Success Manager.

    1. Don't try to install the app by searching in the AppExchange.

    2. Once installed, you'll need to enable the installed package for the appropriate users and business units.

    3. You may need to log out and log back in for the app to appear in the AppExchange app switcher dropdown.

  3. Create a Server-to-Server App. (Ask your Customer Success Manager for a secure folder in which to share your credentials. They will confirm your account is setup in Phrasee.)

  4. Make sure you've discussed personalization tags with your Customer Success Manager and have read up on how to configure them with Phrasee. Note: You must be logged into Phrasee to view this article.

  5. Login to Phrasee using the Phrasee App from the AppExchange menu in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and schedule your experiment.
