How to edit and upload the results template file for a campaign

Export the file by clicking on the "Input results" button on the summary step and then clicking on "Upload a .CSV file" in the dropdown.

In the file the results column will be blank, copy your results into these columns and reorganise them so that they match the ordering.

Only fill in the columns you have e.g. if you only have the number of opens enter that and the system will calculate the open rate

By default campaigns are ordered based on the order the variants appeared in the app so you just need to make sure they are in this order when you copy them in. If you don't have them in this order, you can sort the file based on the subject line column from A-Z.

Don't worry about the text column and character conversion โ€“ the system uses the IDs for matching now so it won't create issues if the text has changed

If final results have been configured, then you enter these against the row of the winner of the split test. You can optionally the is winning variant column to true, but this isn't required.

What if I need to change the results after they have been uploaded?

You also have the option to edit results once uploaded by simply navigating to the panel on the right and clicking Input results. Then, simply edit the figures in the cells, click Next and then Save.

If you don't have winning variant results, you can leave that part blank and still save. You can always come back and update it later.
