Mapp Engage - Schedule a Phrasee experiment

This article shows how to schedule an experiment using the Phrasee integration

Updated over a week ago

Start by completing a campaign in Mapp. This campaign should be complete and if changed for any reason before sending you should recreate the split test emails again.

Save your message as a draft.

In the Phrasee platform, you will see the Mapp integration button in the summary section of an experiment. Click this to open the integration draw on the right side.

The integration drawer has a dropdown selector that displays all the draft messages in your Mapp account. You can search for your email using this selector, too.

Once you have found your draft message the Push to Mapp Engage button is displayed. When you click on this button, Phrasee will create as many copies of the draft message as needed for the experiment in your Mapp account.

You will see Messages saved successfully! when the process has finished.

At this point, it is advised to copy the Phrasee experiment ID from the browser address bar to find the created messages in Mapp.

It is also recommended at this point to check the experiment setup page to get the recommended split sizes for the experiment.

With the Phrasee experiment ID and split sizes, you can go back to Mapp to schedule your campaign.

In the Mapp interface, paste the Phrasee experiment ID in the tags filter box to retrieve the messages created by Phrasee. This will also display your original message. Select all the messages that relate to the campaign and select SPLIT SENDOUT.

This will display the split testing settings. Complete the settings with the split audience sizes and send dates and times. Once complete, you can proceed with CHECK SPLIT SENDOUT.

If you are happy with all the settings, you can click SCHEDULE MESSAGE.
