Requirements for getting started with Phrasee's triggered message experiments with dynamic optimization in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Our triggered message dynamic optimization technology is designed to fit seamlessly into your Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys or automations. Follow the steps below, and you’ll be ready faster than you can say triggered message experiments with dynamic optimization.

  1. Create a Server-to-Server App in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ask your Customer Success Manager for a shared folder where you can place your credentials. Your Customer Success Manager can then confirm your account is set up in Phrasee.

  2. Make sure you've discussed personalization tags with your Customer Success Manager and have read up on how to use them correctly with Phrasee.

  3. Log in to Phrasee and create an experiment in your triggered messages project.

  4. When your subject lines are ready for review, you'll receive an email. Make sure you add awesome@phrasee.co to your safe senders list.

  5. Once you've approved your batch of subject lines, connect with your Customer Success Manager to define your experiment testing parameters, including how often Phrasee will sync with Marketing Cloud to update your proportions and how long you plan to run your test. You'll also need to provide your Customer Success Manager with your MID (sometimes referred to as Business Unit ID or Account ID) and stack number.

  6. After your Customer Success Manager has confirmed everything is good to go, return to Salesforce and prepare your email for React optimization.
