No catch says we! Most of the preparation for a Phrasee triggered experiment in Responsys is done at the campaign designer level.

The one thing you must do before trying to connect Phrasee to Responsys for dynamic optimization in a campaign is ensure your Responsys instance is enabled for http/https download.

You can raise a Responsys support ticket to check if this has been properly enabled for your account.
