Cordial - Getting started

You're cordially invited to get started with Cordial

Updated over a week ago

We'll be as cordial as possible as we walk you through the Cordial set up. You'll be pleasantly surprised to know there are very few requirements to get started.

That's right. We're cordial and cornvenient. (You'll laugh at that later.)

The only thing we'll need to connect Phrasee with your Cordial instance is an API Key and your API URL. Your Phrasee Customer Success Manager can provide you with a secure folder to share this key to the Cordial kingdom with us.

You're most likely wondering, "But how do I fashion such a key, oh wise Phrasee knowledge base?"

No need to be so phormal, phriend. We're all cordial here.

API Key creation

To create an API Key, navigate to API Keys within your Cordial account.

Then, click New.

We recommend naming your API key Phrasee API Key. Pithy, ain't it?

Phrasee will provide you with the IP Address to whitelist.

Lastly, check the boxes next to the following permissions:

And just like that, you've made us a key! And you didn't even need years of metalwork training to do it.

Finally, just let Phrasee know what URL you use when connecting with Cordial, as this will tell Phrasee what API URL to use when configuring your integration.

What's next?

Before we move on, you must ask yourself (and your Customer Success Manager) am I ready for some classic split test and deploy methodology, or am I looking for some hardcore straight splits methodology?

Choose wisely. You won't be able to return once you do. Nah kidding, you can totally just hit the back button.
