Let's get your triggers in gear

Updated over a week ago

If you've already properly set up your MessageGears integration and asked your MessageGears rep to enable Phrasee React in your account, you're ready to start testing some triggered language.

Generate your language in the Phrasee platform as normal. Once the language is approved, use the dynamic optimization integration panel to configure the settings for your experiment, and start the awesome.

Once the awesome is started, log in to your MessageGears instance.

In MessageGears, Phrasee React is configured at the Content level. With the integration enabled, you can connect a Phrasee trigger experiment to your template with the Use Phrasee React switch.

Select the project and experiment you just configured in Phrasee using the Select a Project and Select a Campaign dropdown menus.

Click Preview to confirm the proper initial language variants are pulling through.

Then in the Delivery section, attach your Phrasee-enabled template to a transactional message.

Preview the content against a few subscribers as a test. You should see Phrasee language populating in the Subject Line field.

If everything is working properly, set the transactional message live as your normally would.

And that's it! What a simple process, eh? It's sure to never grind your gears. ๐Ÿ˜œ
