Please review the following known issues before using Phrasee's Emarsys integration:
When using block-based emails, the Phrasee subject lines don't render in the Emarsys UI for preview purposes, but they do deploy correctly.
However, emojis don't render at all in either the preview or the actual deployment.
Therefore, copying and pasting the Phrasee variants into the different versions created via the integration is recommended as best practice.
Scheduling the test versions must be done individually and can take awhile to complete if there is a lot of personalization to query.
Campaigns will only appear for selection in the Phrasee integration dropdown if they have been recently created.
We recommend creating a new version of the email if you're not seeing the one you need appear in the dropdown.
