Emarsys - Known issues

Please review this article carefully prior to using the Emarsys integration

Please review the following known issues before using Phrasee's Emarsys integration:

  • When using block-based emails, the Phrasee subject lines don't render in the Emarsys UI for preview purposes, but they do deploy correctly.

    • However, emojis don't render at all in either the preview or the actual deployment.

    • Therefore, copying and pasting the Phrasee variants into the different versions created via the integration is recommended as best practice.

  • Scheduling the test versions must be done individually and can take awhile to complete if there is a lot of personalization to query.

  • Campaigns will only appear for selection in the Phrasee integration dropdown if they have been recently created.

    • We recommend creating a new version of the email if you're not seeing the one you need appear in the dropdown.
