How to perform basic functions in the Phrasee Generate content library

Updated over a week ago

Phrasee Generate gives you the ability to quickly create AI-powered content with the click of a magic button.

Accessing the content library

Once you're logged in to Phrasee, you can access content generation a number of ways.

Clicking Content in the top navigation bar is the quickest way to go directly to your content library where you can see all previous content you've generated.

The quickest way to jump in to generating new content is to click Draft content at the top of main window.

Content library

In the content library, you have access to a number of features to help you sort and manage your content.

Sorting content

For starters, you can use the bar at the top to display all types of content or a single type of content. Simply click on the content type you wish to display and you'll be shown only content of that type.

You can click on the Sort button to the right to change the order in which your content is listed.

  • Recent - displays the most recently modified content first

  • Oldest - displays the oldest modified content first

  • Date Created - displays the oldest created content first

  • Ascending - sorts content in ascending alphabetical order by title

  • Descending - sorts content in descending alphabetical order by title

You can also switch the view from tiles to a list using the list view/tile view toggle.

In the list view, you can sort by created or last modified date by clicking on the Created or Last modified labels.

Copying content

Once you have content generated, you may want to make a copy of it in the Phrasee platform. That's easy to do. Simply hover over the content you wish to duplicate and click the Copy button.

Deleting content

There may be times you create content by mistake or no longer need content that's been created. To delete content you've generated, simply hover over the content you wish to delete and click the Delete button.
