Select your Brand Voice when generating your content

Selecting your Brand Voice

Brand Voices are available to use within the Content section. When creating new content, your default voice will be selected. To choose a different voice, expand the advanced settings on the content briefing page.

Here, you can select from all the Brand Voices you have set up within your library.

Generating content using different voices

To generate using a different brand voices for an additional content in the same workflow, follow the below steps:

1. Start with a Content template

In the Content section, click + Content to start a new workflow. Select a template from the menu.

2. Select the Brand Voice for your initial content

In the Start here step of the content workflow, you can choose your initial Brand Voice for your first piece of content. Continue generating as you normally would.

3. Add additional templates

Once you’ve generated your initial content, you can add up to 10 more pieces within the same workflow. Click the + Content button at the bottom of the left column and choose your next template.

4. Open the content settings

Access your new piece of content's individual settings by clicking the meatballs menu icon and then Edit settings.

5. Choose your Brand Voice

You can then choose the Brand Voice you want to use from the Advanced settings area just as you did with your initial content.

6. Repeat steps 3 through 5 as needed

As previously mentioned, you can add up to 10 pieces of content in a single workflow. Simply repeat steps 3 through 5 to add another template to the workflow.
